Starharbor Ratings publishes independent, opinion-based reviews of businesses and products. Scores reflect our editors' judgment at the time of testing. They are guidance, not guarantees — your experience may differ, and we encourage reading the full review, not just the number.
2. Quoting our reviews
You may quote brief excerpts (up to 50 words) with credit to Starharbor Ratings and a link to the original review. Businesses rated 3 out of 5 or higher may display their score in marketing, shown exactly as published with credit and link. Scores below 3 may not be used in advertising.
3. Reader submissions
By submitting a review you confirm the experience is genuine and yours, and you grant us a license to publish, edit for clarity, and attribute it to your name. We may decline or remove submissions that are unverifiable, abusive, or incentivized.
4. Business replies and corrections
Verified business replies are published at our discretion, clearly labeled. Factual corrections backed by evidence are published with a dated editor's note. Scores stand unless the facts were wrong.
5. Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site at abusive volumes, don't impersonate our editors, and don't submit fake reviews — we check, and we publish the outcome. Automated bulk copying of our content without permission is prohibited.
6. Liability
Reviews are opinions provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions you make based on them, nor for the content of external sites we link to.
