Pastel Cube Soy Candles: the gift we keep giving
Fifty-five hours of clean burn, scents that fill a room without taking it over, and packaging pretty enough to skip wrapping. We burned six of them.
The burn
Soy wax earns its reputation here: an even melt pool with no tunneling, cotton wicks that stay trimmed, and barely a trace of soot on the glass after full-length burns. Our timed test ran 55 hours on the large cube — three hours past the claim.
Scent strength is pitched exactly right. Fig & Cedar reads cozy without heaviness, Sea Salt & Sage is fresh without smelling of detergent, and none of the six gave anyone in our office a headache — the true test.
Gifting notes
- The pastel cubes look sculptural unlit, so they double as shelf décor.
- Recyclable packaging with the scent story printed inside — no wasteful outer box.
- Sets of three cost less per candle and cover every taste we tested.
What we liked
- 55-hour clean, even burn
- Balanced, natural scents
- Gift-ready packaging
What we didn't
- Small cube sells out often
- Only six scents so far
The verdict
We have gifted these candles nine times and kept three for ourselves, which tells you everything. Beautiful, honest, long-burning — 5 out of 5.
